Ken is knowledgeable in every aspect from the beginning to the closing and he even follows up and keeps in touch when he thinks of things that he realizes that I might want to know. He knows many people and has referred me to several professionals that have been great.

Ken takes the iniative to be on the lookout for property that fits my needs, he pays close attention to every detail, when in the house he is looking and showing and explaining. He does not waste our time, but is able to be friendly and professional and polite and also work quickly and in a skilled manner he can describe the strengths and weaknesses of the house. He provides possible ides for enhancing and what might be the main priorities if purchased. He teaches and guides and organizes the strategies for bidding and listen attentively to the client and helps me focus. Ken is a real pleasure to work with and he is an asset to our community with the service he provides. He knows his job!

He looks the part. Dresses in a nice professional yet casual manner that fits the job. He is not adverse to going into dark, damp, basements or wherever there might be information that would be helpful to the buyer. I have purchased two house with Ken as our agent and hope to work with him again and again.

The staff were not involved with me with these purchases but I am sure they assisted Ken as needed. I have successfully worked with other agents of Century 21 over the last 10 years.

I enjoyed the experience and it was educational as well. It is not possible to be with Ken Thomason in a Listed property and not be learning from him. He has a calm and quite manner that encourages one to pay attention as the details he is seeing and pointing out are amazing. He speaks of age of house and the materials used, the construction and built and strength and potential longevity of the house and how it might be brought up to date and people that could help in that effort. He knows the history of the area and it is clear that he totally loves his career.

Ken Thompson did a great job selling our Townhouse, he sold it in three days for five thousand over asking price, he helped us with good advice all the way through closing, he is the best!

I cannot say enough about Ken. I have never worked with such a dedicated, empathetic, and client focused individual. My mom listed her house with him in Sept/Oct. and it was a very complex sale from the start. She had lived in the property over 50 years, and it had fallen into severe disrepair, with a unique commercial/residential zoning and no resources to clean it out.

Ken went into immediate work - going to the village, talking to commercial buyers, and working to get the best sellers.

From the start it was clear Ken was "the one" for the sale. My elderly mother was very emotional and embarrassed about the state of the house, but Ken was SO kind to her, not once expressing any concern to her and made a very difficult situation so much better for her.

In the middle of the sale, the sale became EXTREMELY complex, and my mom was diagnosed with pancreatic cancer, and went downhill extremely quickly and she passed away very quickly. With no valid will in place, Ken found us a wonderful, seasoned real estate attorney AND found us a probate lawyer. He worked endlessly and tirelessly to work through the complicated process, with no sense of impatience, and extreme care and empathy, and was able to close this sale. Everyone I spoke with about him and our process was amazed at his patience and level of work.

Ken is a great broker. He is very straight forward and you do not get the impression that he is just trying to make a sale like most brokers. He will always give his honest opinion of any property you are looking at. Also if you are a first time home buyer Ken is very good at educating you on how the process goes. If you like a property, Ken makes a great effort to get you in there to see it as fast as possible. My fiancé and I were extremely pleased with Ken's services and we would highly recommend him to any friends and family looking to buy or sell a property.

Very Happy with Ken, In this day of covid I felt it might be a concern since it is a business property and a lot of people are working from home these days but Ken got it sold.
